Self Love and Healing Candle

Self Love and Healing was my first Ritual Intention Candle that I created. It’s vital that we honor ourselves, we love ourselves and we heal ourselves before we begin to manifest everything else.

Affirm Now: I have much to celebrate about myself and my life. I lovingly embrace myself and all of my imperfectly perfect flaws. I am worthy and deserving. Owning our stories and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we'll ever do.

Lavender and Citrus Blossom are the main aromas you will experience with this candle. Citrus notes of lemon and orange naturally lifts and invigorates your senses while lavender relieves stress and promotes relaxation.

I had to include the benefits and properties of Rose Quartz and Lithium Quartz as well as Rose buds, chamomile, lavender and baby’s breath.

Rose Quartz is the stone of universal love.  It restores trust and harmony in relationships, encouraging unconditional love.  Rose Quartz purifies and opens the heart at all levels to promote love, self-love, friendship, deep inner healing and feelings of peace.  Calming and reassuring, it helps to comfort in times of grief.  Rose Quartz dispels negativity and protects against environmental pollution, replacing it with loving vibes.  It encourages self forgiveness and acceptance invoking self trust and self worth.

A powerful, yet gentle healer, Lithium Quartz balances the brain and the emotions. Calming and soothing, Lithium Quartz uplifts the mental and emotional bodies, and gently moves repressed anger and grief to the surface so it can be healed. Lithium Quartz Crystal can also heal emotional issues from past lives.

Lavender promotes happiness, purification and longevity. The gentleness of lavender encourages compassion while helping to soothe deep sadness. Lavender conjures feelings of balance and emotional well being

Baby's breath quotes and symbolizes purity, sincerity, love, compassion, trust, everlasting love, innocence, and romance. This delicate flower is a favorite of mine.
